Rewind to 1985 - With the sensibility of a Japanese artist and the insight of an American business woman, Karen Shintaku has been a leader in the gift basket industry for more than 20 years. Karen-Ginger Gifts, Inc. successfully blends gourmet foods and fine gifts with unforgettable presentation!

Sophisticated and tasty gourmet products are central to her growing business and as the hunt for high quality items became increasingly more difficult, Karen enlisted her daughter, a Culinary Institute of America certified pastry chef. The two combined their food knowledge and expertise to create a wholesale food division, Impressions Fine Foods.

Often with an Asian taste twist, IFFs products are fresh, hip and alternative (No more “oh bore”!). Foods that leave you with a lasting and vivid impression!
